If you call, email, or follow an external application link, you may provide contact, financial, or mortgage-related information. Do not send sensitive identity or financial documents through ordinary email unless Sebastian has provided an approved secure method.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, assess whether mortgage services may be appropriate, and support the mortgage process you request. Mortgage applications and documents may be handled through brokerage, lender, insurer, credit-bureau, legal, appraisal, and other authorized service providers as required and with applicable consent.

Website data

The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, device information, and request logs. Optional analytics will not be enabled without appropriate notice and configuration.
